Who remembers the show, "Eight Is Enough"? God allowed me to give a book to Grant Goodeve who was the oldest son on the show. I met Grant at an event that Donald Trump spoke at Saturday.
Grant was saved in 1990. The whole reason we attended the event was to try to get the gospel to Mr. Trump. Grant is working with Trump on his Campaign. So we prayed that Grant would share Jesus with the billionaire.
10,000 souls attended the event. At the end of the rally about 3 hours later I was waiting in line to see if Trump would walk by me. As he walked off stage he went the other direction. So I prayed,"Lord if you want this book in his hands make a way."
As I made my way around to the other side, it's like God opened the red sea as most of the crowd walked away from Mr. Trump, leaving me with room to get within arm reach of Donald. As he was signing autographs, I extended the copy of "One Heartbeat Away" to him. He took the book to sign it and I said, "No, it's a gift for you sir." Mr. Trump took the book , looked at the cover and said, "Oh, Thank you!"
Please pray God uses this as a great seed to bring Donald Trump to the cross and faith in Jesus Christ.

God allowed me to share Jesus and give a copy of "One Heartbeat Away" Away to 2x World Series Champion from the 1988 LA Dodgers and 1995 Atlanta Braves, pitcher Alejondro Pena.
Pena was the winning pitcher of one of the greatest games and moments in world series history, when Kirk Gibson hit a pinch hit home run to win game 1 of the 1988 series.
Pena also combined for a no hitter in 1991 with Kent Merker and Mark Wohlers with the Atlanta Braves.

A big shout out to my new brother in Christ, Duke Williams. Duke made his first interception of his young NFL career last night as he picked off Michael Vick of the New York Jets on Monday night football. So proud of Duke and the amazing turn around on and off the field!!

I was able to share the gospel with Tyler Melton, member of the 2009 ACC champion Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets! Tyler was also the first true freshman to ever start his first game with Tech.
It's such a blessing to serve the Lord. Each day is a thrill. In July I was able to share Jesus with 3 time pro bowler who played in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles, Hugh Douglas. A few nights ago Hugh was on my heart so I prayed that the Lord would continue to place believers in his path.
The very next day as I was passing out tracts at Kroger, I approached a fella and gave him a tract. He said, Thank you so much for what your doing out here."
The man who is a follower of Jesus was a big dude so I asked him did he play ball? He said he played at Central state college in Ohio with Hugh Douglas!!!! Cid and Hugh are very close and he told me he has been sharing Jesus with Douglas for many years. Not only that but he said Hugh is almost to the point of trusting Jesus for salvation!
Wonderful confirmation from the Lord.

A story from last year (October 13, 2014)
Dominique Wilkins soul and a dream come true!
A few nights ago I was up late watching you tube videos of NBA hall of fame and 9 time all star, Dominique Wilkins. Later that night I had a very vivid dream that I shared the gospel with him.
2 days later a friend and I were on our way to church and stopped at the local grocery store. As we pulled in the parking lot, I told my friend that Dominique lived in the area and jokingly said, "I better take a book just in case we see him." As I'm inside the store I had a great talk with the Pepsi vendor and told him i was gonna go get him a book.
As I walk outside and look up, there's Dominique Wilkins!!! I asked him if he had any spiritual beliefs. I then walked him through the 10 commandments and what Jesus did for him.
A few years ago my friend Mark Cahill had a talk with him in the Atlanta airport and gave him his first book. Mark played against Dominique in college when Dominique played for UGA and Mark played for Auburn.
A few months ago my friend Amy Garner was able to give him a "One Heartbeat Away" gospel tract. And yesterday God allowed me to water those seeds by giving him a copy of Marks books, "One Heartbeat Away" and "Reunion"!!
I've been praying for a chance to share the gospel with Dominique for 13 years.
When we are faithful to pray for souls, you never know how God will answer those prayers 13 years later.
Praise the Lord!!!!!

Amazing update on the Dominique Wilkins story:
As you know God allowed me to share the gospel with Dominique a few weeks ago. I was able to give Dominique Mark Cahill's books, "Reunion" and "One Heartbeat Away".
As I told that story to Mark Cahill, Mark blew my mind when he said that 6 weeks before that he ran into Dominique at the Atlanta airport and was able to share the gospel with him and give him his other book on eternity, "Paradise". In that same time frame my friend Amy Garner was able to give him a gospel tract at Walmart in Lithonia!
Since my encounter with Dominique, I've prayed that my friends in Conyers would be able to water the seeds that Mark planted 6 weeks ago.
A few days ago my friend Chad was able to meet Dominique at Fed Ex in Conyers!! Chad told Dominique that I met him a few weeks ago and he told Dominique that I have been praying to share the gospel with him for 13 years.
Dominique said he grew up in church but doesn't know what happens after death. In the past 2 months Dominique has received all 3 eternity books by Mark Cahill and 4 encounters that will have him thinking about his eternity!!
God is so faithful to water the seeds we plant!!!!

If you met a Billionaire what would you do? Would you try to get their autograph? Maybe a picture? Or would you try to share the most important message in the world, the gospel of Jesus Christ?
At the end of the day Saturday we were leaving the outreach at the UGA game. As we were turning the corner of one of the student buildings we were able to come face to face with founder of Home Depot and owner of the Atlanta Falcons, Billionaire Arthur Blank!
I had a copy of, "One Heartbeat Away" on me and I said,"Mr. Blank, I've been praying to meet you for a long time. I have a gift for you! I gave this book to the president of the falcons a month ago."
He looked down at the book and said, " I don't want that. I have enough to read."
I offered the book to him again and he said no. So I asked him," Mr. Blank, do you believe in Heaven?"
Mr. Blank waved me off and walked away.
God has given each one of us the free will to reject Jesus' free gift of salvation or to accept it. No matter if you are a multi billionaire or have no money at all one thing is for sure, we will all die and spend eternity somewhere.
Every second two people die. What if your second comes today?

It was so great to meet and give a book to starting center for the super bowl champion New England Patriots, David Andrews, on Saturday. This is David's rookie season and he has played every snap this year. David is a strong follower of Jesus.
Pray that God will put it on Davids heart to give Tom Brady, who is the QB for New England, the book I gave him after he reads it. Brady has been on my prayer list for many years. God loves to connect eternal dots.
Pray for Davids boldness in sharing Jesus with his team mates at New England. Pray also God will use David in a great way in Tom Brady's life.
God allowed me to share the gospel with a true legend Saturday. The oldest member of both the college and pro football hall of fame, 94 year old Charlie Trippi. Charlie is the only member of the pro HOF to have at least 1000 yards receiving, passing, and rushing. UGA retired his #62
It was a great day of outreach at the UGA game. The weather was cold and rainy but Jesus shined very bright as God allowed us to get many tracts and books out. It was a true honor to meet long time side kick of Larry Munson on UGA radio, Mr. Loran Smith!

We had a great outreach yesterday as God allowed us to attend the 19th annual celebrity/former NFL players golf tournament.
We were able to get out over 200 copies of, "One Heartbeat Away" to players, NFL agents, and staff. A very special thanks to Erika Mitchell for the invite. Another great day to serve Jesus!
Please pray for all the seeds planted.
