Atlanta Falcon Training Camp, Buford High School

August 8, 2015

It was a great night last night planting seeds for Jesus at Friday night lights, Atlanta Falcons training camp at Buford High School. I was able to share Jesus with a few NFL players.

The first was Atlanta Falcon legend/ 3 time pro bowler and XXII super bowl champion Gerald Riggs. I was also able to share with 3 time pro bowler, 1995 defensive rookie of the year, defensive end, Hugh Douglas who played for the Eagles for many years. Also gave a book to Falcon running back Devonte Freeman.

It was a blessing meeting Vic Beasleys brother Dellen Beasley. Very humble young man, just like his brother.

It was a great night!!

Falcons Game

September 15, 2015

Thank you for all your prayers. Had a great night planting seeds for Jesus at the Falcons Game last night. Me and my buddy John Sim handed out hundreds of tracts.

God allowed me to give the book, "One Heartbeat Away" to former Falcon players DJ Shockley, Brian Finneran, and Steve Bartkowski.

I even was able to give a book to the president and CEO of the Atlanta Falcons, Rich McKay!!

God showed up in a mighty way again. All your faithful prayers opened up great doors for God to use me once again!!

Mark Cahill and Oakland Raiders Zach Crockett

September 5, 2015

Another great day of sharing the gospel with Mark Cahill and the gang. I was able to give a book to long time full back and now scout for the Oakland Raiders, Zach Crockett.

Mark Cahill was able to bump into the first person to ever witness to him in 33 years ago!! We were able to get out thousands of gospel tracts. Thanks for all your prayers. Great day to serve the Lord!!

Kevin Butler

The good Lord allowed me to give a book to someone who has been on my prayer list for a long time. UGA great, super bowl champion and all time leading scorer for the Chicago Bears, Kevin Butler.

Atlanta Falcon Training Camp

Recently I was able to go to Atlanta Falcons training camp. God allowed me to give copies of, "One Heartbeat Away" to many players.

I was able to share and give copies of, "One Heartbeat Away" to 4X pro bowler and all time leading receiver for the Falcons, Roddy White. Also 4 time pro bowler Devin Hester. Kevin broke Deion Sanders record last year for most total kickoff/punt returns in the NFL history. I also gave a copy to a member of the super bowl champion XXXVI and XXXVIII New England Patriots, Bobby Hamilton.

A few months ago I saw Roddy in downtown Atlanta and tried to talk to him. He was really busy that day and could not talk. So I was kicking myself for not making the most of my time with him.

Well, since that day i've prayed for one more chance. And as God would have it, Roddy White walked right up to where I was standing!!

God is faithful to place those souls back in your path.

Great day!!

Sometimes as believers in Jesus we tend to forget that these pro ball players are one heartbeat away from eternity and need to hear the good news of Jesus.

So the next time God places one of these celebrities in your path, make the most of the opportunity God gives you and plant some seeds that will last for all of eternity.
You will never regret it.

What a honor it is for God to use us to serve Him!!

Moses Malone

September 13, 2015

Today NBA hall of famer Moses Malone died. Please say a prayer for Malones former teammates Willie Anderson and Dominique Wilkins.
God allowed me to share the gospel with both of these NBA all stars.

I wonder how many followers of Jesus reached out to Moses with the gospel in his life time. Do we care enough to share with these celebrities the most important message, the gospel of Jesus Christ?

One thing is for sure, no matter if your a hall of fame ball player or a so called regular person, we all have one thing in common...death.

Hines Ward

Thankful to the Lord for allowing me to share the gospel with long time friend and super bowl XL mvp Hines Ward - at Hines Ward trophy room.

Favor

September 14, 2015

Praying for favor this year for Vic Beasley, Devonte Freeman, Roddy White, Devin Hester, Jonathan Babinouox, Eric Weems, and Leonard Hankers of the Atlanta Falcons.

God allowed me to share the good news of Jesus Christ with them this year.

The Falcons open up the season tonight on Monday night football! Please pray for the lost as friends will be at the game sharing Jesus. Thank you.

University Of Georgia Outreach And Former Pro Athletes

September 21, 2015

Great day of outreach on the University of Georgia campus.

God allowed me to share Jesus with some former great Dawgs: pro football hall of fame Fran Tarkenton, head coach for 1980 national champion football team Vince Dooley, member of the 1985 super bowl champion Chicago Bears Kevin Butler, quarterback great for UGA Eric Zier, and all time leading receiver for UGA Terrence Edwards.

We were able to get the gospel into many students hands as well. A great day of sowing seeds for Jesus!

Meeting Jeb Bush

Saturday was filled with some great one on one encounters to share the gospel on the University of Georgia campus. God allowed me to give a copy of, "One Heartbeat Away" book to former Florida Governor, Jeb Bush.

Jeb is the son and brother of former President George Senior. And Jr. as I approached Mr. Bush, I said, "I have a gift for you!"

At the end of the conversation, he looked me in the eye and said, "I'll start reading this tonight!"

100 Years from now it won't matter if he becomes president in 2016. The only thing that will matter then is where will he be spending eternity.

What shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world but loses his own soul. (Mark 8:36)

Pray that Jeb will accept Gods greatest gift, Jesus Christ. (John 3:16)
